Heat Stroke
Heat Stroke is serious and life threatening conditions it occurs when body overheats due to prolonged exposure to heat or physical exertion in high Temperature. The body core temperature rises to 104° F or 40 ° C and it can no longer cool itself through sweating.

- High Body Temperature.
- Dry Skin, Excessive Sweating.
- Confusion.
- Rapid Heartbeat
- Headache.
- Dizziness.
- Nausea, Vomiting
- Unconsciousness.

Precautions
- Stay Hydrated - Drink Plenty of water , Avoid Alcohol or caffein.
- Use Loose Clothing- Wear Loose ,Light and Breathable Clothing.
- Avoid Exposure to Sunrays during peak hours-When sun is most intense stay indoor.
- Use Cooling Methos -Stay in Air Conditioned Place, Use Fan, Cooler to lower body temperature.

In Case of Emergency
- Call the emergency Service Immediately.
- Move the Person to cooler Place
- Remove Excessive Clothing
- Cool them with ice pack ,water, Fan
- Do not give fluid if person is unconscious.
